Whether you are about to get on to the property ladder, looking for sound investment advice, or a safe pair of hands to manage your property portfolio we’d love to help. Fifteen years ago, Marcel and Sarah Roccia identified an opportunity for a truly independent family run agency, built on family values of honesty, trust and professionalism. The name “Rochills” is a combination of Marcel’s surname “Roccia” and Sarah’s maiden name “Hill”. Our company mission is to be recognised within Walton on Thames and surrounding areas as a Family Business who brings family values to the property industry.
